GoPro Motorplex Karting Challenge Rounds 9 + 10 Race Recap
The 2018 GoPro Motorplex Karting Challenge Series had an action-packed weekend hosting Rounds 9 and 10 in Mooresville, NC.
| As one of the fastest growing karting series in the nation it was another great turnout for the double-header event. With the season nearing the end, competition was running high with hard-fought battles through the final laps to indicate who would be taking home the trophy. Many teams had back-to-back podiums, some setting themselves way ahead in Championship standings. The impressive double-podium sweeps were in the following classes: Briggs Cadet winner, Sam Corry; Briggs Junior winner, Connor Yonchuck; IAME Heavy winner, Matthew Turner; IAME Senior winner, Ashley Rogero and IAME Swift winner, Brent Crews. The 2018 season is winding down, with two races remaining there is still time to register for the next Karting Challenge on October 20.
