Hold with Maranello protagonist at the South Garda Karting Trophy in Lonato too
Christoph Hold has been among the main protagonists of the South Garda Karting Trophy winning the Prefinal and taking the second place in the Final. Strong races also for the youngsters of Rotax Mini and 60 Mini on Maranello Kart in Lonato.
Christoph Hold's season is continuing with great results. The Austrian driver of Maranello Kart claimed a good second place in the Final after winning the Prefinal of the South Garda Karting Trophy held in Lonato.
Hold put in a great overall performance. After coming second in the opener of the prestigious German Championship DKM in Race-1 held in Lonato last month, Hold has been victorious also at the South Garda Karting Trophy on May 13th. He secured the pole position and won the Prefinal, which envisaged for a victory in the Final too and Christoph Hold eventually claimed a very good second place.
Maranello Kart had a good drivers' presence at the South Garda Karting Trophy in the Mini category, where the youngest drivers had the chance to clock up some important experience. In Mini Rotax, Maranello Kart has been on the podium with Pietro Valdo Pons and Pietro Ragone, respectively second and third, while Davide Bottaro was fourth. The Austrian Lukas Zbul secured a top ten finish in 60 Mini ending ninth, as did the Romanian Luca Vilsorenau in tenth place. The other Austrian driver Tim Miedi was 13th instead. In Entry-Level, the two Romanians Cristofor Bogdan Cosma and Albert Sandu were seventh and eighth, while Federico Calvi was sixth in Rotax Max.
Maranello Kart will get on track again for the opener of the Italian KZ2 and KZ3 Championship next May 27th in Muro Leccese. The Italian outfit will field a top class lineup for the occasion, featuring more than 25 drivers in the shifter categories.
