Arias Deukmedjian heads to Orlando with one objective
Multiple podiums for Deukmedjian already in 2018.
After claiming a pair of victories in January and a pair of podiums in February, Arias Deukmedjian is set to return to his winning ways in March. Heading to the Orlando Kart Center for the third and final round of the ROK Cup USA Florida Winter Tour, the always fast and calculated driver is aiming for the top step of the podium this coming weekend.
"I want nothing less than a victory," expressed Deukmedjian. "I feel that I have the speed and race craft to win and the Orlando track is one of my favorites. I will be shooting for the win come Sunday and will work hard to achieve that goal."
Entering the ROK Junior ranks, the Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy student will take part in only his second ROK event of 2018. Standing on the second step of the podium last month at the Ocala Gran Prix facility in Ocala, Florida, the goal of climbing one more step is all that matters this coming weekend.
The Deuk Spine Institute backed driver continued, "I am not racing for a championship. The points don't really matter to me. I am headed to Orlando to win."
Official on track action for round three of the ROK Cup USA Florida will commence this coming Friday before wheel-to-wheel action takes place Friday afternoon. With a heat race flight format throughout the weekend, points from the heat races will set the grid for Sunday's prefinal and main event.
